The Office of Surplus Property Management is responsible for disposal & redistribution services for a wide range of surplus (state & federal) to agencies of the Commonwealth, qualified nonprofit organizations, small businesses in the SBA 8(A) program, & the public. We are currently seeking a licensed CDL operator to work with federal, state, & local government entities to identify, acquire, transport, & distribute mission-critical federal equipment & complete all required security & logistics documentation. In addition to assisting customers, the position ensures program revenue that is critical to sustaining the surplus property program & supports the success of the Federal and State programs. This position physically screens the federal property to assess condition and suitability, approves necessary documentation, and then acquires and transports the property from a variety of federal locations to customer's location.
