HopeTree Family Services has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Group Home Manager in our Developmental Disabilities Ministries Program in Richmond VA. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Duties include overall supervision, scheduling, and coordination of staff within the home as well as coordinating services and care for all residents. A minimum of an Associate's degree is required in related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 3 years of FT direct service with persons with intellectual disabilities or comparable experience is needed. Supervisory experience is a plus. Strong computer and writing skills are required. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have an acceptable driving record. We offer a very competitive benefits package. Christian Education provides opportunities for our youth and adults to participate in regular chapel services and bible studies on campus and throughout the community. Ministry groups and individuals from local churches and organization also volunteer their time to provide programs and activities for our residents.
