The Maintenance Technician helper will assist the maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, clean lint from the machines, maintain Etech rail system, maintain dryers, clear machine jams, change A/C filters, drive the scissor lift, boom lift and forklift. This position will also be responsible for cart maintenance.
Successful candidate will have a strong troubleshooting ability. We are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.), has strong communication and is willing to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, perform cart maintenance, building upkeep and other assigned tasks.
