Apple Door Systems, Virginia's leading door company, has an immediate opening for a full-time customer service dispatcher in our Chesterfield office. The customer service dispatcher is a fast paced job for a multi-tasker with a strong personality.
Duties include: answering phones, taking service calls, scheduling appointments, working to solve customer's problems, routing technicians, confirming jobs and printing all tickets for tech's daily work, confirming all material available for next day's scheduled work, preparing technicians paperwork and managing daily job field issues. The customer service dispatcher works closely with other company departments to complete each day’s work, billing and payroll.
Must have good computer skills and excellent telephone manner, and must enjoy working with people on the phone and in person. Must be an organized and able to work in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to resolve issues a MUST! Dispatching experience in the construction or like service industry preferred but will train the right person.
Position hours are 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Punctuality and amazing attendance a must.
