The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the daily management of Human Resource functions with HR oversight for a non union manufacturing operation with over 400 employees. This role will effectively drive all H.R. functions; talent development, recruiting, organizational development, compensation administration, mentoring and coaching and other generalist activities. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and collaborates closely with other Director and VPHR levels to ensure consistent practices and strong communications overall.
