Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, Laborers

Hiring - Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, Laborers Wage $25-$35 depending on experience. Bozeman, Ennis & Livingston Areas Previous experience preferred.

Heavy Equipment Operator: Operate heavy construction equipment efficiently including excavators, loaders, skidsteers, rollers, etc. Perform general routine maintenance of equipment including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Understanding safe use/operation of tools and equipment. Excavate and fill to dimensions and locations as specified on design drawings, sketches, and/or verbal instructions. Digging trenches and maneuvering shoring to install or repair sanitary sewer or water lines. Earth moving, road construction, subgrade preparation, gravel installation, and finish grading.

Excavation Foreman: Understand the projects and their requirements. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work of crews, and all on-site activities. Prioritize tasks and provide concise instructions and appropriate feedback throughout the progress of construction to completion. Track progress of all site work from planning to completion via BuilderTrend. Identify, troubleshoot, and provide corrective recommendations with civil engineers and general contractors as problems are detected before they become major issues. Coordinate inspections with appropriate authorities. Develop and improve procedures. Communicate at all levels of the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations. Work closely with Project manager and General superintendent to determine the resource needs for various projects.
