HVAC Assistant Forman
Responsibilities
- Oversee project from start to finish
- Identify issues before they cause problems for the General Contractor and our subcontractors
- Run material to jobs
- Schedule inspections and walk with the inspector
- Be primary contact between the GC and our office
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers license with clean driving record
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Have dependable transportation
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organization skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore
- Solid knowledge of the construction process
- Fast paced environment
- Experience with Heating and air equipment would be a plus.
