Seeking small animal veterinarian Gainesville Ocala Florida area. Hands on mentorship, top of the line pay and benefits, potential for future ownership. Moving into brand new state of the art facility in June. Pleasant work atmosphere, doctors work together on cases, lots of consultation. We serve a diverse clientele and have many clients that can't afford referral, offering us the opportunity to learn many procedures/surgeries one might not learn elsewhere. We are unique in that the doctor personally follows up on each medical case they treat. This is essential to learn what does and doesn't work. This lets the client know you care (and if you don't care, this isn't the job for you). The calls bond the customer to you, and this is what makes practice fun! We work 3 days a week with about one half day Sat a month. No emergency calls. Our payscale is second to none and we will match any salary, benefits or bonuses for the right candidate.
