CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Our customer service managers are responsible for superior service to our customers.   It includes receiving, confirming, and processing orders directly from customers or our sales representatives.  It includes proficiencies in Microsoft Outlook / Excel as well as proficiency in math.  It includes purchasing raw materials and supplies used in production as well as price estimating, processing new items, building new specs, maintaining customer files, handling customer questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel.  It also includes shipping/receiving, tracking warehouse items to ensure availability and that agreed upon minimum/maximum inventory levels are followed.
