FRONT DESK RENTAL CLERK AND RESIDENT MANAGERS,
FULL-TIME RESIDENT MANAGERS -- Seeking a 2-person team to manage one of our business sites -- Sole applicants DO NOT apply. Live on site (apartment and utilities provided) and operate a self storage facility. Duties include customer service, leasing, collection calls, grounds care and light maintenance repairs. Some weekend work. Computer experience required. Ideal for persons wanting to "pull back" but not fully retire. Must be dependable, trustworthy, self-directed, and able to pass background check.

SHORT-TERM FRONT DESK/RENTAL CLERK
- FT hours for a short-term position (could be weeks or months) to run a self storage rental office until FT Resident Managers are hired. 40-hours/week with occasional OT. Office duties are as described for the Resident Manager. Flexible hours, anticipated 4 days/week plus half-day on 2 Saturdays/month. Conversational Spanish a definite plus.
