RELIEF MANAGER - PART-TIME

Locally owned and operated, the owners of Blue and Gray were one of the first to bring the self storage industry to the Metro-Richmond area in 1973.   We are currently hiring:

PART-TIME RELIEF MANAGER

Part time.  Need one manager for a our Mechanicsville location and another for our Southside location.

Work 2 weekends/month. Mature person with good work ethic needed. Computer experience required. Half day Sat in office with customers to lease units or collect payments. Remainder of Sat. and all day Sun working outside, to include: sweep units, mow grass, blow parking lot, misc. landscaping tasks, assist customers, etc.

Conversational Spanish a plus but not required.  

Background checks required.
