A Property Owners Association and Water Utility company in Louisa County is seeking applicants for a Manager of Fiscal Affairs vacancy. Applicants must possess knowledge, training & experience with Accounting Procedures including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Payables, Payroll and Month-End Reports affiliated with Payroll and W2's & IRA filings. Experience with Peachtree or other accounting software a plus. Position supervises one administrative person and considered to be the Office Manager. Communicating with the general public & other employees a must.
