St. Louis's number one independently owned and operated furniture store for over five decades is seeking an Accomplished Customer Service Manager. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who has the leadership and customer service skills to develop and coach a three person customer service team and work hands on with customers.
Our customer service department helps our customers (mostly on the phone) with any issues that may arise after delivery of their furniture. Job Duties include determining the right course of action in each particular situation, setting service calls and exchanges, and ordering parts. There is a lot of detailed work and follow through. The customer service manager corresponds regularly with salespeople, sales managers, delivery drivers, and furniture repairmen. Hours are Full-Time Monday through Friday 9-5:30.
