Be part of our team. CHKD is seeking a professional and caring Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LCP) to facilitate health and healing for our patients and their amazing families. CHKD’s mental health program is rapidly expanding and it is an exciting time to be a part of the mental health team. This role is with the Partial Hospitalization Program at Children’s Pavilion in Norfolk, VA and maintains a typical schedule of: full-time, days.
The Mental Health Therapist is an integral part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Program. Be a part of a team that is creating new resources in treating pediatric mental health concerns in the Hampton Roads region!

An ideal candidate will possess:
- Current Virginia clinical license.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health or related field.
- At minimum, two years of post-license related work experience preferred.
- Experience with implementing evidence-based treatments with children and families required.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
