Water Plant Operator
The City of Mt. Pleasant is seeking an eager learner who is team-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and open-minded to join its Water Department team. Qualifications include a high school diploma, safe driving record, mechanical and electrical skills, knowledge of plumbing, math, basic biology and chemistry, blueprint reading, and a State of Michigan EGLE F-4 license or ability to obtain. Full-time work schedule includes day and afternoon shifts, including weekends, with occasional call-ins.
Starting wage: $21.19 to $21.79 per hour, DOQ.
