The purpose of this class is to perform advanced administrative duties and coordinate daily operations of College Communications to include alignment with marketing strategies and communication plans with an emphasis on CCBC Online.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
Bachelor's degree required, degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred. Three (3) years of full time experience working in marketing and promotions using print and digital media, copy writing and CRM systems required. Experience working in higher education marketing and communications preferred.

- Coordinate the development of effective communication strategies and messaging aimed at recruiting prospective students and retaining current students with a focus on CCBC Online.
- Ensure brand consistency to maximize engagement and enrollment among target populations.
- Conduct and facilitate meetings among interdepartmental stakeholders.
- Analyze data to generate reports.
- Develop creative and effective marketing content to reach targeted markets.
- Cultivate and effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders from a variety of academic and administrative divisions and departments with an emphasis on CCBC Online
- Monitor and execute prospective student outreach and follow up with an emphasis on CCBC Online.
- Collaborate with CCBC Online and Enrollment Management offices to align CCBC Online enrollment and retention communication strategies with the college's overall communication plan.
- Write copy for the web, email, social media and print based on college brand messages, communication goals and audience research.
- Coordinate design and production of print and digital communications, including direct mail publications, collateral materials, web content, email marketing campaigns and social media messaging with the focus on CCBC Online.
- Manage all phases of assigned print and digital communication projects, including comprehensive production scheduling, message development, design and delivery.
- Contribute web content to the college website using the college's content management system (CMS).
- Build, manage and execute responsive communication plans using the college's recruitment customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Build and maintain CCBC Online brand identity and ensure consistency and relevance of message throughout all college communications.
