Director of Multifamily Construction
Community Housing Partners (CHP) is seeking a Director of Construction for multifamily projects. The ideal candidate must have prior multifamily experience working in general construction leading multiple projects. Responsibilities
CHP is an owner, developer, and builder of multifamily. No third-party bidding. We only build for our own account. This position is responsible for overseeing the completion of in-house construction projects by planning, budgeting, and implementing decisions to ensure that our multifamily (new and rehab) construction projects are in conformity with the proposed budget and completed on time.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years Multifamily work experience
- Must have working knowledge of general construction
- Must have experience leading others
- Minimum 2 years as a project executive or senior project manager required
- Ability to travel to various construction sites
