Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Bachelor's degree in web design, information systems, computer science or related field; six years of experience working in information technology; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience with enterprise web content management systems and document management systems
• Experience writing clear web content, effective content delivery, style and structure
• High level knowledge of user experience design, usability and responsive design
• High level knowledge of Plain Language, ADA and WCAG compliance guidelines and specifications
• Strong technical and analytical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required
• This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent criminal background check
Duties
Position will work to develop customer engagement solutions, manage websites and other online content delivery channels and:
• Collaborate with business users to design intuitive content delivery solutions for complex business requirements
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of platform and feature enhancements for CivicPlus, CMS, and other document, and asset management systems
• Provide CMS training and guidance to end users through formal and informal sessions
• Assist with document management and data management projects such as creation of forms, workflows, dashboards, charts and reports
• Implement, monitor, assess, and report for website analytics
• Validate online services meet usability guidelines
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned
