Residential Coordinator (Admissions/Trainer)
DePaul Community Resources is accepting applications for a full-time Admissions/Trainer position in our Amelia office. Position duties and responsibilities involve screening referrals for admission of individuals receiving ID Waiver services for placement in a DBHDS licensed sponsored homes and providing required training to new providers and staff, as well as, ongoing training to all existing providers and DePaul staff as needed and assigned. Assists in screening prospective providers and their homes. Provides support to a small case load to maintain a working knowledge of relevant documents, processes, and possible implementation of regulation changes within each home.
KSA's include a BS/BA in a human service field and one-year experience in providing casework and support to an ID/DD population. Must be knowledgeable of community resources and able to work collaboratively with referral sources, providers, and other DePaul staff. Must have experience or be able to provide training related to prepared curriculums or in areas of relevant expertise. Must have or be eligible for a VA driver's license and have a safe driving record.
