Applications for employment must be completed and submitted online.  

For applicants interested in certain classified positions which may be posted, there is the option to submit a written application which may be obtained from the School Board Office located at 109 Cross Street, Tappahannock, Virginia 22560.  

Internal applicants who may be interested in a posted position must submit a letter of interest to the Director of Human Resources rather than submit an online application.  

All applicants will be considered for employment with Essex County Public Schools based on the qualifications presented in the application.
