Growing and fast paced Downtown Fort Lauderdale commercial litigation, real estate and business boutique is seeking a senior associate.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience in complex commercial litigation matters, in state and federal courts and business transactions and be able to independently handle all aspects of the matter.

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.

Our boutique firm needs to add an attorney that is capable of counseling our clients from the inception of the matter through its conclusion.

We need an attorney that can work effectively in an extremely fast pace environment, many times in high profile cases.

Our attorney's need to be able to evaluate all aspects of our clients cases in order to prevail against our firm's adversaries.

The legal services that our lawyers provide to our clients are many times unique to that of other law firms, as our firms senior partner Michael Feinstein employs his almost 40 years of business experience in assisting the firms clients in achieving successful results.

That being said our associate attorney 's need to be able review documents for their legal content and evaluate those documents from a business standpoint as well.
