GSA Schedule Contract Administrator, Lead
As a key member of our consulting team, you will be managing and advising your own portfolio of clients in a variety of industries and disciplines. Lead Consultants will work under the direction of a manager to work with assigned clients in order to prepare GSA Schedule proposals, analyze business processes and metrics, manage client expectations and project deliverables, participate in client meetings and government negotiations, ensure contract compliance, prepare pricelist modifications, and create winning offers in accordance with company policies and contract requirements.
Lead Consultants are also integral drivers of internal knowledge and policy at Winvale. Key responsibilities include keeping up to date with industry trends, GSA and government contracting requirements, and providing procedural feedback based on day-to-day interactions with clients while providing information and insights to entry-level Consultants and the entirety of the Winvale Team.

Key Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 years' experience in GSA schedule, government contracting or similar experience
- Highly skilled with MS office - especially Word & Excel
- CRM/ERP experience a plus
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- A focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail, capable of supporting project requirements
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in results-oriented, collaborative environment
- Represent company in a professional manner to all clients, employees, vendors, and the community
