Tool and Die Maker/Mold Maker

This position will be responsible for managing all mold tooling from onboarding new molds through completing repairs and improvements to molds in support of ongoing production. This is a hands on position working with the team. -Injection Molding – Hot Runner – Valve Gate - Stack Molds – High Cavitation – Conventional Machines – Jigs & Fixtures – Measuring Instruments – Organizational Skills – Verbal Communication Skills – Written Communication Skills – Mechanical Drawings – Blueprint Reading – Team Player – Detail Oriented – Self Stater – Minimal Supervision – Basic Math – Trigonometry – Polishing – Final Fitting – Trouble Shooting – Time Management – Manufacture Mold Components –Plunger - EDM Common Machine Tools – CAD/CAM – SURFCAM – SOLIDWORKS Includes a relocation stipend to Lexington, KY. Hourly $30 - $32. Some overtime.
