The Azzolino Clinic is a 30-year established concierge-style multi-disciplinary functional neurology, functional medicine, and sports medicine clinic that seeks to add an MD, DO, NP (with independent practice ability), and/or Naturopath to our team. We are a 100% referral practice that treats a broad spectrum of patients ranging from children on the Autism spectrum, PANS, PANDAS, to numerous professional athletes, patients dealing with Lyme Disease and Mycotoxin illness to primary neurological disorders such as traumatic brain injuries, balance disorders, Parkinson's and aging-related decline.

Dr. Azzolino has pioneered many diagnostic and rehabilitative procedures in functional neurology to treat patients from around the globe with complicated health conditions such as Lyme disease and mycotoxin illness since the late 1990s with the assistance of our naturopaths and physicians. We also have a sophisticated brain-based sports enhancement program that has allowed us to treat players from 14 NFL teams and 5 NHL teams to date.

Our fully trained nursing team manages our IV suite, including EBOO and Hermann ozone. Our office staff are highly trained, compassionate, and sophisticated at caring for patients with complicated health conditions and VIP patients traveling to our clinic from abroad.
