To act in the best interest of the company and his/herself in performing all duties involved in supporting the sales department to maintain proper customer relations and records

Job Desc: 

  • Main Contact for Outside Sales Force
  • Process Quote Requests From Sales Force with Complete Presentation Materials
  • Maintain Current Price List, Programs and Literature
  • Preparing Signed Quotations for Job (Contract) Implementation 
  • Ordering Of Equipment for Contract and/or House Sales 
  • Maintain Job Folders as Per Procedures
  • Review Sales Acknowledgements for Accuracy of Order Including Pricing and Coordination of Scheduled Ship Date(s)
  • Attend Contract Production Meetings
  • Assist Office Administration with Billing, Payables, Job Costing As Per Procedures
  • Update Warehouse Daily On Incoming Shipments as Per Procedures
  • Monthly Review of Job Cost Statements for Accuracy
  • Maintain Levels of Inventory for Equipment
  • Assist In Coordination of Trade Shows

Job Requirements Include:
