BASEBALL COACH

Temporary Part-Time

Start date: July 8, 2024

Minnesota North College - Hibbing is accepting applications for a Head Baseball Coach. The successful candidate must have the ability to Coach Baseball at the collegiate level. Minnesota North College - Hibbing is a member of the NJCAA and abides by all NJCAA regulations. Other college assignments may be available depending on education and experience. This position is renewable annually. Salary based upon education and related experience.

Duties include:

* Recruiting and organizational responsibilities

* Fundraising responsibilities

* Monitoring and supporting the academic progress of athletes

* Team preparation through scheduled practices

* Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Minimum Qualifications:

* Ability to coach at a collegiate level

Preferred Qualifications:

* College-level coaching experience

* Experience with fundraising

* Experience with athlete recruitment
