The Client Services Director (CSD) is responsible for project execution at MMR from start to finish. Working with a VP, Client Relationships, the CSD will be a leading project team member. They will work closely with clients on their marketing research projects across a wide range of industries and methodologies, leading client communications and interactions.
The Client Services Director is engaged in all project phases, including questionnaire design, survey programming, data collection, data processing, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing strong client and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of previous research experience
- BA or MA in a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Broad knowledge and understanding of research principles and methodologies and statistical modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to grow within the role
- Expert knowledge of Office Suite (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with SPSS or other statistical software packages is a plus
- Some travel may be required
