Full Time Planner Needed
MRPC seeks full time Planner. Duties include multidisciplinary, complex, local and regional planning assignments in economic development, environment, housing, rural and/or urban planning, and/or related planning disciplines, and public outreach. GIS and AICP are plusses. Min. requirements: Bachelors’ degree and up to five+ years of experience in local or urban planning, or related field, or acceptable combination of education and experience. Salary range $45,000 to $70,000, DOQ.

The Montachusett Regional Planning Commission is in its fourth decade of providing technical planning assistance to its 22 member communities.  Located in north central Massachusetts, the MRPC was formed in 1968 under the State Enabling Legislation Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40B and is one of thirteen regional planning agencies across the Commonwealth.  Our purpose is to carry out comprehensive planning in the Montachusett Region, an area of approximately 685 square miles that is home to some 228,000 individuals.
