Essex Industries in Mineville is looking for a motivated, self-driven team leader with excellent organizational skills and management abilities. The successful applicant will be asked to help oversee production in a fast paced and growing manufacturing facility. Job duties include inventory and production control; quality control and training; resource allocation and development; machine maintenance and setup; oversight of R&D and safety regulations; overseeing the programming and operation of CNC; Engraving and 3D printing machines and assisting the people we support in the various jobs required in our workshops. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft software. Experience in computer-aided design software is a plus. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production setting; 5 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma.

This is an opportunity to work for a 50-year-old integrated business which is owned by one of Essex County’s largest employers – Mountain Lake Services. We offer competitive compensation based on experience as well as an excellent benefit and retirement package. We are located on Pilfershire Road in Mineville and our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Salary $58,458.40-$61,000.00
