Customer Service:
- Greets/assists members/customers who come to the Credit Union
- Receives and processes incoming telephone calls
- Directs call to appropriate person or addresses members/customer's needs/concerns
- Accurately and efficiently process deposit's and withdrawal's to/from member's account(s)
- Processes payroll deductions in an accurate and timely manner
- Receives and processes Membership /Christmas Club Enrollment Forms in a timely manner
- Performs routine clerical duties including filing, faxing, data entry, photocopying, etc.
- Performs routine clerical duties including filing, faxing, data entry, photocopying, etc.
- Maintains auto titles/CD Maturity database and tracking system
- Performs other duties as assigned while demonstrating a willingness, ability, and team spirit to provide optimal customer satisfaction (i.e. flexible hours when needed)
- Prepares and processes daily, monthly, and yearly reports as required/requested
- Prepares and processes quarterly statements of members
- Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures/Guidelines
- Complies with appropriate Local/State/Federal policies/procedures/guideline/regulations/laws/statues
- High School Diploma or equivalent; required/Associate's Degree in Finance or related field; preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of secretarial, receptionist, finance or banking skills; required
- Excellent credit history (700+); required
- Excellent customer service skills; required
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills; required
- Working knowledge of basic computer hardware/software and office equipment; highly desired
- Knowledge of basic mathematical skills; required
- Excellent interpersonal skills; required
