ODUOnline is seeking to hire an experienced student services supervisor to remotely manage and lead a distributed team of student support operations team members serving students interested in ODUOnline programs and current ODUOnline students for programs associated with a specific college from point of inquiry through application, admissions and graduation. Successful candidates should possess excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of constituents, for example: students, employees, community leaders; excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work in a remote team environment to accomplish individual goals and contribute to team goals; technical proficiency with computers, customer relationship management systems, and student information systems; knowledge of higher education, enrollment services, advising services and student support services; and supervisory and leadership skills. Master's degree required.
