To support Enrollment Coordinators by contacting prospective students, assessing their interest and qualifications, and scheduling coaching meetings. This will be done through high quality, high volume outreach and brief meetings following the established coaching methodology and systems.
Required Qualifications:
Some knowledge of computer technology, including use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; instant messaging; web conferencing; and Google & MS Office products. Basic knowledge customer service and consultative sales. Some skill in data entry and managing CRM systems; managing and using email effectively; using Outlook calendars to manage time and projects; use of computer-based phone systems and instant messaging; use of video conferencing tools; and use of word processing, spreadsheets, and file management software and systems. Excellent attention to detail and competency in oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers by listening attentively; using problem resolution techniques; reading and interpreting complex information; relaying that information effectively and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to accomplish individual and contribute to team goals. Demonstrated ability self-manage time, projects, and problem solutions. Some experience in high-volume customer service center, interacting with diverse populations. Some experience with computer technology, including use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software; instant messaging; web conferencing; and Google/MS Office products. Some experience working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree/higher or equivalent experience. Some higher education customer service experience in a student focused environment, like admissions, registrar, or other student service area. Inside Track or other coaching certificate or training.
Conditions of Employment:
This is a remote position requiring high-speed internet from your work location. The typical work day is Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm based on time zone.
