In this role, the Manager of Energy Management will lead the Company’s strategy and implementation of Demand-Side Management and Beneficial Electrification programs. Which includes, Minnesota Energy Conservation and Optimization (ECO) Program, South Dakota Energy Efficiency Partnership (EEP), load control, and renewable programs. Examples of those activities will include:

* Supervising the Energy Management team for successful day-to-day program implementation and achievement of Company goals.
* Work with Sr. Leadership to provide strategic direction on Demand-Side Management and Beneficial Electrification programs.

We’re seeking candidates with a wide range of skills who are motivated to deeply understand the utility industry, management a team of professionals, and a keen focus on customer service and their experience. * A four-year degree in business, engineering or related field is preferred.  A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in energy sales is also preferred. Exceptional experience in the implementation of Demand-Side Management programs.
* Solid, in-depth knowledge of utility operations, tariffed pricing, regulatory environment, and energy industry.
