Nurse Practitioner - Trauma Surgery

PeaceHealth RiverBend Trauma Surgery department cares for a variety of complex Trauma and Acute Care Surgery patients. 

Practice Highlights:

 

  • Rounding on patients, OR first assist, and seeing your patients in the clinic.
  • Working with Surgeon and Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant to coordinate and share the workload.
  • Work/life balance: 4 10-hour shifts/week.
  • Procedures include: Chest tube placement, a-line and central line insertion, I & Ds, and laceration closure. 
  • PeaceHealth Sacred Heart at RiverBend, level II Trauma Center with 392 beds supports a large catchment area, we are the largest Hospital between Portland, OR and Sacramento, CA with average volumes of 3,500 patients/year.
