We are organized into four major behavioral health service areas: Mental Health; Intellectual Disabilities; Substance Use Disorders; and Access, Emergency & Medical Services. MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES RBHA provides a continuum of intensive and specialized mental health services and supports for adults and youth. These services and supports assist individuals through the recovery process and enable them to be productive and contributing members of our community. DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES The mission of RBHA’s Developmental Services Division is to actively engage and support children and adults with intellectual disabilities and their families to live full lives in the community by offering person-centered services, education, and advocacy. SUBSTANCE USE & PREVENTION SERVICES RBHA offers a variety of resources for individuals in need of substance use disorder treatment services. ASSESSMENT, EMERGENCY & MEDICAL SERVICES RBHA provides 24/7/365 crisis intervention and stabilization services to assist individuals experiencing emotional or psychiatric emergencies, including a 16-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit. In a continuing effort to ensure safety of our consumers and to protect RBHA's interests, the Driver Safety Procedures, Drivers Qualification Policy was enacted by Executive order and implemented on 10/15/2008.
