Association Executive (AE)

The Rockbridge Highlands REALTORS® (RHR) seeks a motivated and dependable individual with a high ethical and professional standard for the Association Executive Officer (AE) position. The Association is headquartered in the historic college town of Lexington, Virginia, and serves 100+ members.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to leverage relationships to increase RHR’s visibility in the community.
• Excellent collaborative and solid decision-making skills that will inspire members to embrace RHR’s vision and strategic goals.
• Adaptability to changing trends and communicating those to members is essential to stay on top of the business.
• Knowledge of association/organizational administration, operations, financial management, strategic planning, member relations, and growth preferred.
• Some college or the equivalent of experience preferred. Microsoft product knowledge is preferred.
