Lead Control Man
Summary: Plans layout, installs and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, install control devices, pipe bending, pulling wire, manage crews and follow all directives from Field Manager.
Ensures Helper is given attainable and specific goals to meet on each project. Teach Helper generally accepted best practices in industry.
