Southside Behavioral Health is seeking qualified applicants to fill the following positions:

DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES - Responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation and response for all of the programs included in the Board's Clinical Behavioral Health Services, including: adult and child outpatient services, substance use services, crisis services for adults and children, community services (case management, housing programs, mental health skill building and psychosocial rehabilitation.)

MARKETING & GRANT COORDINATOR - Manages the public information function for Southside Behavioral Health to include all marketing and communication-related activities for the agency.

CRISIS RESPONSE SUPERVISORS - DAY AND NIGHT - SUPERVISOR must be licensed in the State of Virginia by the Board of Social Work or Board of Counseling. Hybrid remote/remote possibilities. The incumbent for this position will work with the day time Crisis Response Teams, clinical staff, local hospital and local emergency room staff, law enforcement, magistrates, and other community partnering agencies in order to assist individuals with stabilization from mental health crises.

CRISIS RESPONSE CLINICIAN - Designated to lead the Crisis Response Team to respond to mental health crises in SBH clinics or in the community, responsible for Pre Screenings, Mobile Crisis Response, and Crisis Stabilization functions within SBH's catchment area.

ADULT OUTPATIENT SUPERVISOR - Position's incumbent is responsible for supervising direct service and support staff in the Board's Behavioral Health Center. Hybrid remote/remote possibilities. Responsible for coordinating behavioral health needs of consumers with other Board staff, coordinating emergency services in the county in which the center is located, providing therapy to consumers in need of such services, providing educational programs in county, assuring consumer case documentation by center therapists meets Department standards and Board policies and procedures, coordinating staffing requirements for each consumer case in center and assuring that behavioral health practices and services meet licensure requirements.

ADULT OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN - Position's incumbent provides Same Day Access and completes comprehensive assessments to determine the behavioral health needs of individuals. Hybrid remote/remote possibilities. Assists in the development of person-centered Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and provides individual and group therapy to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders.
