Duties:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functional limitations, and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, exercises, and modalities.
  • Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs.
  • Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist (new graduates welcome).
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based practice in physical therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
