Assistant Managers – Retail Setting (Mini Storages)
Individual Mini Storage property seeks full time Assistant Managers (approximately 39 hours per week).
This floating position requires a flexible work schedule including weekends (Saturdays: 9 AM to 4 PM & Sundays: 12 Noon to 5 PM: 12 hours total each weekend). Variable weekday hours (3 days at 9 hours each).
Responsibilities Include:
In-person and telephone rental of mini storage units and U-Haul trucks.
Maintain accounts assuring accurate posting of payments.
Sell Merchandise.
Collection of Past Due Accounts.
Interested Applicants:
Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience in communicating with a broad variety of customers, vendors and fellow associates.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency or willingness to learn job responsibilities & requirements.
Must be a problem solver & be able to prioritize daily work while also being flexible to unanticipated interruptions.
Must have basic data entry skills such as entering rent payments, customer/lease information, database management.
Once trained, comfortable with collection of past due accounts and working with limited supervision.
Must have own transportation.
Must adhere to dress code (uniform).
