The Sussex Conservation District located in Georgetown, DE seeks an enthusiastic, results
driven and organized team player to fill a vacant Agricultural Planning Manager position to
supervise the agricultural planning staff and engage with farmers and landowners on
addressing natural resource concerns to improve water quality and soil health for the future of
Sussex County. If you want to work in a dynamic, family friendly, fast paced environment, then
SCD is the place for you. Must have personnel management skills, be proficient with computers,
including Microsoft Office and ArcGIS a plus. Some field work required. BS in agriculture,
environmental science, natural resources, or business management preferred. SCD offers an
