Church Accompanist

Our diverse and inclusive faith community is seeking a part-time accompanist for Sunday morning worship services. In addition, Wednesday evening choir rehearsals are held September through mid-June. Our accompanist chooses a prelude, offertory, and postlude and accompanies hymns and other congregational singing. Desireable candidates will have the ability to choose from diverse genres of sacred music to provide meaningful contributions to worship services. The accompanist collaborates with the Director of Music and the pastor to facilitate relevant, inspiring, and inclusive worship experiences. The accompanist is an employee of the church and is encouraged to serve collaboratively with church volunteers and staff members. 

The position begins in June. Sunday morning worship is at 10 AM. September through mid-June the choir rehearses before worship. We are looking for someone to begin playing this June.
