Multi-Media Sales Account Representative

The Parkersburg News and Sentinel and The Marietta Times are seeking a Multi-Media Sales Account Representative. This position focuses on developing revenue from new advertisers and growing revenue from existing advertisers. This position is ideal for those looking for an opportunity to help local businesses succeed in their marketing efforts. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Providing advertising services to assigned accounts and all business prospects within a defined sales territory
• Services include advertising in our two daily community newspapers and their companion websites, a full suite of digital marketing solutions, and specially publications/programs
• Setting appointments, sales and service of existing accounts into all publications and products
• Prospecting and new business development
• Scheduling of all advertising as ordered, proofing of advertising
• Customer relationship management functions

Compensation:

• Mileage Reimbursement

• Base Salary $30,160 plus commission and bonus

Work Schedule

• Daily, Monday – Friday
• Hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Most major weekend and holidays off
