The position of Classified Advertising Inside Sales Rep calls for a highly personable individual who is adept at delivering exceptional customer service, and skilled in cultivating professional relationships with clients to help meet their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Classified and recruitment ad sales in The Pilot newspaper (print plus digital) and our network of nationwide job boards
• Articulate and present our suite of Classified and recruitment products to hiring executives and decision makers
• Input Classified ads into our publishing software system, manage postings on our Classified websites and design and deliver weekly Jobs email
• Communicate with customers proactively via phone, email and in person
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create recruitment ads
• Willingness to learn Classified page design using Adobe InDesign
• Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in order to best manage a large portfolio of active business
• Daily interface with CRM and ERP software

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year. Base Salary plus Commission
