Community Practice

Job Description

This position will manage department planning and implementation projects and reporting for all Jefferson City Community Practice Providers. Will also oversee service trends, hospital acquired infections, chart and note timeliness to maintain compliance standards.

Manage department planning and implementation projects. Maintain all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities including project scheduling, risk management, change management, issue management, and status reporting. Coordinate completion of documentation for fiscal, operational and technical approval when appropriate.

Develop and manage OPPE data, metrics and reporting for all Community Practice Providers. Coordinate with department, providers and the medical staff office to meet reporting deadlines.

Manage various activities for department of community practice including, but not limited to, length of service trends, hospital acquired infections, chart and note timeliness, coordinate regulatory activities to ensure compliance.

Manage Collaborative Practice Agreement for the department, develop and track FPPE process for department providers.

Shift

8am – 5pm Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Five (5) years of related experience.
Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $68,266 - $90,000 Annually
Grade: PAT-010
