The Administrative Associate supports the Director of the Office of Access and Engagement and event planning in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences (CEHHS). Responsibilities include planning and executing high-visibility events and direct administrative support for the Director.

Required:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
· 3 years related experience.
· Previous experience planning events.
· Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Strong technical skills, such as IRIS/SAP, Microsoft products (Outlook, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Publisher), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Canva, internet browsers, Microsoft Teams, google docs. High level understanding of recent technology used in office management.
· Ability to learn new technology, systems, and procedures.
· Time management skills.
· Organization skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
