About the Position

This leadership role provides a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the academic experience of our diverse student population. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Academic Advising and Enrollment Management, you will play a crucial role in the student experience of our three Undergraduate programs and our three Graduate programs. This individual is responsible for providing dynamic leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic advising and a transformative student experience.

Primary Duties:

· Provides operational leadership and coordination of the Office of Student Services functions inclusive of academic advising, enrollment management and special projects.

· Supervise, manages hiring, on boarding, training and staff development of the Office of Student Services team focusing on creating a highly functioning, innovative, and self-directed team who provides quality student centered services that empower lifelong learners.

· Works closely with Executive Director to inform, implement, and evaluate the strategic plans for academic advising and enrollment management.

· Direct staff meetings, retreats and other meetings if needed.

· Lead student tracking and data management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

· Serve on various university and college committees as the lead expert for Student Services

· Manages high level decision making which may include admissions, recruiting, budget, advising projects and campus wide initiatives.

· Contribute to fostering an environment of access, belonging and engagement.


Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

· Master's degree in relevant field

· 6 years’ experience academic advising or enrollment management

· 4 years leadership experience
