SERVICENOW DEVELOPER. Job duties will include serving as administrator and developer for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) area's ITSM tool (ServiceNow); consulting with constituents to develop and analyze requirements; collaborating with members of project teams; design and implement from scripts, business rules, workflows, and otherwise configure or modify applications to meet CIO area business requirements; coordinate and perform application upgrades; and create and maintain system design documentation per requirements at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Qualified applicants will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 24 months' experience.
