This important role will direct and manage all financial aspects relating to the rental housing programs. Manage the financial risk profile of the Authority through the design of its mortgage loan products, the management of the assets and liabilities on its balance sheet, the determination of interest rates on mortgage loan programs, and the management of its cash flow. Manage the acquisition of external capital as necessary to fund rental housing loan programs, including the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable securities and the securitization of loans. Ensure on-going compliance with IRS Regulations and various bond resolutions.

To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or other relevant degree and/or applicable work experience.
- Many years of work experience in mortgage finance or lending with relevant duties to include analysis of complex commercial transactions, managing legal risks, and negotiating agreements and financial instruments.
- Prior management and leadership experience.
- a working knowledge of the federal low-income housing tax credit program and tax-exempt bond regulations affecting rental housing developments.
